- Cloud Account Information: For Metora Cloud accounts, data will be retained as long as the account is active. Minimal information may be retained post-service termination for record retention purposes. Note that our Privacy team cannot modify or delete service account data.
- Subscription Data: Information for newsletter and blog subscriptions will be retained as long as you remain on our distribution lists, with deletion records retained for 30 days.
- Event and Marketing Data: Contact information collected through Metora events for direct marketing and sales will be retained as long as we maintain an active relationship with you.
- Sales Chat Transcripts: Transcripts from Metora Sales Chat will be deleted 90 days post-chat.
- Support Line Recordings: If you have not opted out of call recording, these recordings will be deleted 60 days post-call unless otherwise specified.
- Facility Visit Data: Personal information required for entry into a Metora facility will be retained for one year following your last visit.
- Opt-Out Preferences: Data required to maintain your opt-out preferences will be retained for 20 years or longer as necessary to comply with applicable laws.
